TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, booking, or participating in any services, content, rituals, consultations, classes, initiations, digital downloads, physical goods, or experiences (collectively, the “Services”) provided by The Adorned Altar™ (“Company,” “We,” “Us”), you (“Client,” “Participant,” “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

Your use constitutes conscious, voluntary, informed, and sovereign consent.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Description & Nature of Services

The Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Tarot and astrology readings
• Spiritual consultations
• Ritual and ceremonial guidance
• Energetic and archetypal work
• Digital content (PDFs, audio, video, courses)
• Physical ritual tools and products
• Initiations, teachings, and experiential sessions
• Sensual, devotional, and consciousness-based material

All Services are spiritual, educational, symbolic, and experiential in nature.

3. Voluntary Participation & Energetic Sovereignty

Participation is entirely voluntary.

You retain full sovereignty over your body, emotions, mind, spirit, nervous system, choices, and actions at all times.

No Service constitutes control, coercion, command, obligation, psychological influence, or spiritual authority over your will.

4. No Medical, Psychological, Legal, or Financial Advice

The Services are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, legal counsel, or financial planning.

No doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship is created.

You agree to seek licensed professionals for diagnosis, treatment, legal matters, and financial decisions.

5. No Guarantees of Results

You acknowledge that:

• Spiritual insight is interpretive and symbolic
• Ritual work does not guarantee manifestation
• No outcome, healing, reconciliation, wealth, relationship, pregnancy, mental state, or life event is promised
• Results vary by individual and circumstance

No statements constitute guarantees or warranties.

6. Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation may involve emotional, psychological, somatic, spiritual, energetic, or consciousness-altering experiences, including but not limited to:

• Emotional release
• Memory recall
• Shifts in perception
• Discomfort
• Insight
• Personal transformation

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks.

7. Release, Waiver & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge The Adorned Altar™, Tanell Mackey, and all employees, agents, contractors, collaborators, assistants, successors, and affiliated brands from any and all claims, losses, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to your participation in the Services, including claims based on negligence, except where prohibited by law in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. No Emotional Dependency & No Psychic Authority

You acknowledge that:

• No Service replaces personal agency
• No reading or ritual overrides your judgment
• No guidance creates emotional reliance
• No prediction determines your destiny
• No practitioner holds authority over your decisions

You remain fully responsible for your life path and choices.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

a) Your violation of these Terms
b) Your misuse of the Services
c) Your actions taken based on any interpretation of the Services

10. No-Refund & No-Chargeback Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Readings
• Consultations
• Ritual services
• Digital products
• Audio and video
• Courses and initiations
• Physical ritual goods
• Custom or commissioned work

No refunds are issued for:

• Dissatisfaction
• Change of mind
• Energetic mismatch
• Emotional reaction
• Interpretation disputes
• Personal outcomes
• Missed appointments
• Failure to apply guidance

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for Services rendered in accordance with these Terms. Any dispute initiated in violation of this policy may be contested using these Terms, service records, and delivery confirmation.

11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or terminate Services to any individual at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Boundary violations
• Inappropriate or abusive behavior
• Energetic incompatibility
• Manipulation or coercion
• Misuse of spiritual services
• Disrespect toward the practitioner or the work

Such termination does not obligate the Company to continue service and does not entitle the Client to a refund, except where required by law.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform Services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, technical failures, platform outages, power disruptions, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

13. Age Verification

By using the Services, you affirm that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally capable of entering this agreement. The Services may contain mature spiritual, sensual, and archetypal themes.

14. Confidentiality & Privacy

Client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws. Testimonials or shared experiences will only be used with consent.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to:

• Rituals
• Scripts
• Audio
• Video
• Written materials
• Spreads
• Courses
• Symbol systems
• Branding
• Teachings

are the exclusive intellectual property of The Adorned Altar™ and Tanell Mackey. No reproduction, distribution, resale, or derivative use is permitted without written authorization.

16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (Optional but Enforceable)

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services may, at the Company’s election, be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Arkansas rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration shall be confidential and conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Where arbitration is not required or permitted, any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Arkansas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Adorned Altar™ and supersede all prior oral or written communications.
